  1. Set Wrangler secrets on idlidu-checkout: PAYU_KEY, PAYU_SALT, track billing webhook secrets.
  2. Flip CHECKOUT_ENABLED=1 and deploy common/checkout/ (do not invent secrets).
  3. Optional: paste shareable pay URLs into pay.json product url fields for one-click buttons on this page.
  4. Redeploy www when pay.json changes.

FX is live via frankfurter.dev inside the checkout Worker — checkout refuses if no usable rate. Former PayGlocal PayCollect path is retired (410 on old routes).
