1. Officer
Name Manish Jagdish Thatte
Designation Grievance Officer (sole director of the operating company)
Company Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited
CIN U43900MH2023OPC413456
Address C-102, Acropolis Apartments, Thatte Nagar, Gangapur Road,
Nashik – 422005, Maharashtra, India
Email [email protected]
Put the word "Grievance" in the subject line so the complaint is routed on
the statutory clock below rather than treated as ordinary founder mail.
That address is the only published contact channel. There is no phone line
published because there is no phone line answered, and we will not print a
number we do not pick up.
2. What to send
To be actionable a complaint should carry:
- your name and an email address we can reply to;
- the URL, Dataset / track, Key prefix, or payment reference concerned;
- what happened, and what you want done about it.
Do not send a full Key. The prefix (idl_ plus the first few characters) is
enough to identify it, and a Key that has been emailed should be treated as
compromised and rotated.
3. Redressal timeline
- ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS of the complaint reaching the address
above.
- DISPOSAL WITHIN 15 DAYS of receipt, with reasons for the decision taken.
- Complaints in the narrow categories the IT Rules single out — content
exposing a person's private area, showing them in full or partial nudity
or in a sexual act, or impersonating them, including artificially
generated material — are acted on WITHIN 24 HOURS of a valid complaint.
- Where a complaint is really a refund request, 06-REFUND-CANCELLATION.txt
decides the outcome and this document decides the clock.
These timelines are the statutory ones and they bind us. They are separate
from ordinary product support, which is founder mail on the same address,
answered in days, with no SLA attached (Terms §5).
4. What this channel covers
4.1 Billing and payments — a charge you do not recognise, a plan paid for
and not delivered, a refund we declined, a Key that never arrived.
4.2 Access — Keys, quotas, rate limits, suspension or termination.
4.3 Content — material published on idlidu surfaces that is unlawful,
infringing, or in the categories named in §3. This includes a request
by a site owner about how an Upstream surface of theirs is observed,
archived, or represented in a Dataset; the bot-side routes and opt-out
are in 05-BOT-CONTACT.txt and reach the same person.
4.4 Privacy — access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent. These
can also go straight to the routes in 03-PRIVACY-POLICY.txt; either way
they land with the same person.
4.5 Acceptable use — reporting misuse of the Service by someone else
(04-ACCEPTABLE-USE.txt).
5. What this channel is not
It is not a support desk, and it is not a route to a consultancy or analysis
SKU we do not sell. Using the word "Grievance" on an ordinary product
question does not create an obligation we have not undertaken; it will be
answered as product mail.
It is also not the place to dispute a Dataset's methodology as such.
Methodology is published per Dataset; disagreement with a documented method
is feedback, and welcome, but it is not a grievance unless the Dataset does
not behave as its own published methodology describes.
6. If you are not satisfied
If the decision does not resolve the matter, every remedy you already had
remains open: consumer forums, the National Consumer Helpline, or the courts
of Nashik, Maharashtra as set out in 02-TERMS-OF-SERVICE.txt §16. Using this
channel first waives nothing, and we will not ask you to waive anything as a
condition of using it.
7. Changes
We may update this document. Material changes will be posted on
