1. What is being delivered

idlidu sells access to software: self-serve HTTP APIs and MCP tool endpoints
over the Datasets described on www.idlidu.com, plus the documentation,
OpenAPI specs, indices, and samples that go with them.

Everything sold here is delivered electronically, over the internet, to the
email address used at purchase. There is NO PHYSICAL SHIPMENT: no courier, no
tracking number, no delivery address, no shipping or handling charge, and no
customs or import step. Nothing arrives at your door. We never ask for a
postal address in order to deliver.

The unit of delivery is a KEY (an API credential, typically prefixed idl_*)
together with the plan entitlements — quota, rate limit, Dataset scope, and
history depth — attached to it. Endpoints are public URLs; the Key is what
turns them on for you.

2. How delivery happens

2.1 You choose a plan (see https://www.idlidu.com/pricing/ and the Dataset
    site) and pay through the rail that is live at the time — see §3.
2.2 The payment provider confirms the payment to our billing webhook.
2.3 A Key is provisioned for the plan you bought and sent to the email
    address used at checkout. Endpoint URLs and a quickstart are on
    https://www.idlidu.com/developers/ and on the Dataset's own docs host.
2.4 The Key works immediately on receipt. There is no separate activation
    step, no hardware, and no appointment.

If automatic provisioning does not complete, a founder issues the Key by
hand from the payment record — see §6. Either way the Key is what you bought
and it is delivered to the same address.

3. Rails, and the soft-launch state

Paid checkout, when enabled, is processed by PayU (hosted INR collection of
USD list prices at a live FX rate). During soft launch the self-serve rails may be
switched off, in which case access is arranged by emailing a pay request
and the Key is issued manually against the resulting payment.

We publish which of these is true today rather than asking you to guess:

Cryptocurrency rails are not buyer-ready in this stage. x402 / pay-per-call
is not offered.

4. Timing

4.1 Where self-serve checkout is live, the Key is provisioned automatically
    on payment confirmation and reaches you by email within minutes.
4.2 Where the Key is issued manually — soft launch, email pay-link requests,
    custom quotes — it is issued within TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS of cleared
    payment, and usually the same day.
4.3 Custom collection and processing jobs are scoped engineering work. Their
    delivery milestones and formats are stated in the written quote, which
    controls over this section.

Check spam and quarantine before reporting a Key as missing: the Key mail is
transactional and can be filtered.

5. What you must do for delivery to succeed

Delivery lands on an email address, not an address on a map. So:
  - use an email you can actually read at checkout;
  - allow mail from idlidu.com through filters;
  - tell us if the Key should belong to a different address or organisation
    than the one that paid, BEFORE paying rather than after.

If you paid with the wrong address, email us — do not pay a second time.

6. If your Key does not arrive

Email [email protected] from the address used at purchase, with the payment
reference or receipt, the plan bought, and the date. A completed payment that
did not deliver is our failure: it is fixed by issuing the Key, or refunded
under 06-REFUND-CANCELLATION.txt.

Founder mail — human replies, in days, not a ticket SLA. To put a complaint
on the statutory clock instead, use 08-GRIEVANCE-REDRESSAL.txt.

7. How long access lasts

Plans are sold for the fixed period stated at checkout and do not auto-renew
unless a future product expressly says so. Quotas are caps for that period
and unused calls do not roll over unless the plan says otherwise. Access ends
when the paid period ends, or earlier on suspension for AUP breach,
non-payment, or security risk (Terms §6.4, §14).

Free public samples and discovery endpoints stay available without a Key and
are not part of what is sold.

8. Currency and price

List prices are shown in US dollars. The exact amount charged, in the
currency charged, is shown on the payment page before you confirm. What you
are charged is what that page shows.

9. What is NOT delivered

We sell observation and archive products for automated systems. We do not
deliver: credit ratings, security certifications, cost guarantees, brokerage,
recruiting, legal advice, a human support desk, or any guarantee about an
Upstream site's future behaviour. Each Dataset adds its own disclaimer on its
own /legal page.

That is a registered office, not a walk-in counter or a warehouse. Nothing is
dispatched from it and nothing needs to be sent to it.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted on
https://www.idlidu.com/legal/delivery/.
