Terms of Service

Owner-approved for publish — not counsel-reviewed. Governing law / venue TBD (operator jurisdiction). Soft launch: waitlist / manual keys until USD checkout (Cashfree and/or PayPal) is enabled. No cryptocurrency / x402 settlement this stage.

1. Service

idlidu provides self-serve HTTP API and MCP access to point-in-time archives, indices, and (for some datasets) computed checks described in each dataset’s methodology. The brand site routes; each dataset may have its own hosts and addenda.

2. Accounts and keys

Access is via API keys (idl_*). Keys are secrets. You are responsible for all usage under your keys. Do not share keys. We may revoke keys for abuse, non-payment, or AUP breach.

3. No support desk

There is no human support SLA and no consultancy SKU. Documentation, samples, and methodology are the support surface. Founder Migadu mail may receive messages with honest multi-day reply expectations — that is not a ticket queue.

4. Acceptable use

Use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and each dataset’s methodology and legal page.

5. No warranty

Archives, extracts, indices, and checks are provided as-is. Extracts are best-effort; raw snapshots and citations are the authority where offered. We do not warrant completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Responses should carry methodology / schema versions when available — rely on those, not marketing copy.

6. Dataset disclaimers

Product-specific “not a …” tokens (e.g. not a credit rating, not legal advice, not a security certification) appear on each dataset’s /legal page and control over generic marketing language.

7. Fees

Paid checkout is offered in USD via a human checkout form (card PSP such as Cashfree and/or PayPal) when the operator enables it. Until then: waitlist and manual/staging keys. Plan names and list prices on dataset sites and www pricing are informational. No “unlimited” usage. No cryptocurrency / x402 settlement in this stage.

8. Suspension

We may suspend access for AUP breach, security risk, non-payment, or operational necessity.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, idlidu and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions made by agents or humans using the APIs. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim (or zero while soft-launch waitlist-only).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
